Here's a little bit about me -
Exercise has played a big part in my life for as long as I can remember.
Former teenage sprinter and Long jump competitor for Harris Academy Peckham and London Borough of Southwark, winning several medals against other schools in the local borough and other boroughs in London - Gold medalist at London Schools Crytsal Palace.
I have been interested in Martial Arts since 11 yrs old and have trained in several different Martial Arts and Self Defense systems over the years including - Kung Fu, Tae Kwon Do, Thai Boxing and Krav Maga. Currently practicing Kyokushin Karate.
I have been Strength & Weight training for over 13 years and still training as hard as ever.
I have battled to change my own body from skinny and weak to a strong and muscular physique so let me help you change your body and change your life!
QUALIFICATIONS
Lower Back Pain Level 4: Plan and execute sessions that target the elimination of back pain!
Personal Trainer Level 3: Conduct exercise sessions that help lose weight, gain muscle and tone.
Nutrition Level 3: Food analysis, calculate calories, prescribe food guidance and healthy eating tips
Ante & Post-Natal Exercise Level 3: Plan and conduct Ante & Post-natal exercise sessions that are safe and effective
GP Exercise Referral Level 3: Specialise in exercises for medical conditions which require a GP´s referral
Gym Instructor Level 2: Plan and conduct all forms of exercise sessions within a gym/exercise studio
Nutrition Level 2: Provide diet advice and food/healthy eating guidance
Kettlebell Coach Level 2: Plan and conduct all levels of Kettlebell sessions to all adults
Circuit Training Level 2:
Plan and conduct group circuit training classes up to 200 people!
Pad Work Level 2: Specialise in boxing & striking techniques, including the jab, cross, uppercut and knees
Suspension Fitness Level 2: Plan and conduct training sessions for all forms of suspension fitness equipment
Martin is a self confessed health and fitness fanatic, Mainly training, eating and helping people unlock their fitter self, teaching people how to live a happier and healthier life, changing the world one client at a time.
