All online sessions are live and you will be guided through each exercise while being assessed for correct form and motivated every step of the way.
All sessions will be based around your needs, goals, available space and available equipment.
Having specialized in outdoor and indoor personal training for over 7 years, I have developed several unique and creative ways of using ordinary objects to maximize training sessions and add a great element of fun.
All online 1 to 1 Personal Training sessions will be 1 hour long and based around the individual needs of the person.
Your current fitness and knowledge level will be taken into consideration when sessions are planned and delivered.
All online couples sessions will be 1 hour long and based around your general fitness levels and goals.
Sessions will be varied, dynamic and challenging to both individuals while maintaining the high fun factor A2PT is known for.
Before starting your training, you must feel confidence in your ability and fitness levels.
You must have a reasonable amount of space, enough for you to move freely and be on a non slip surface.
You do not have to have any specific equipment as many household items can be used.
All sessions are live and you will be required to follow the instructions of the trainer.
As the session takes place online, it is important to have a good internet connection and working device to use.
Online sessions will take place via Skype so a Skype account is needed to make the most of online training.
